Staging Events are a full production, equipment hire and logistics company covering all of the UK.
We specialise in the delivery of mass participation events for the charity sector, including sponsored walks and running events. Some of the events we currently cover include Alzheimer's Society Memory Walk, which had 110,000 participants over a 7-week period, and Prostate Cancer March for Men.
We cover every aspect of any event — from the procurement of equipment, storage, management and delivery. That's simply what we do! We also offer event staff and crew for the delivery of events and the setup of event villages. We have in-house equipment to hire, including stage hire, PA hire, compere/MC services, generator hire and gantry hire for any event, whether it's a park run or a marathon — we can deliver and manage it all. We can also provide bottled water and delivery to site at a very competitive rate; last year alone, we handled in the region of 120,000 bottles of water.
