Delivering Memory Walk
We have been proud partners of Alzheimer's Society, providing full event production and logistics for their flagship Memory Walk programme.
The Memory Walk is one of the UK's largest charity walking events, with 110,000 participants taking part over a 7-week period at locations across the country.
Our services include stage hire, PA systems, start/finish gantries, bottled water supply, event staffing, and full logistics coordination for each venue.
On the Ground at Memory Walk
From bottled water and rehydration stations to start lines, finish gantries, stages and PA, our crew handles every part of the production so the focus stays on the participants.
Our team supports each Memory Walk venue, working alongside the Alzheimer's Society team to deliver a smooth, safe and uplifting day out for thousands of walkers.
Hydration and Welfare
Mass participation walks need reliable hydration. We supply branded rehydration stations and bottled water distribution points across each route, alongside the welfare infrastructure required to keep large numbers of walkers safe.
Finishers' Medals
Every walker who crosses the finish line collects a Memory Walk medal — a small token that closes out the day for thousands of participants at every venue.
