Based at our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Maltby, we're proud to serve Rotherham and the surrounding areas with professional staging and event hire.

As a local company, we offer:

• Fast delivery from our nearby warehouse
• Competitive rates for local events
• Site visits to help plan your event
• Full setup and crew available

Whether you're organising a community festival, charity event, corporate function or private celebration, we have the equipment and expertise to make it happen.

Rotherham spent a year as the world's first Children's Capital of Culture, and we were on the town-centre sites for the closing weekend and the week that followed. For The Birthday Party, the finale on 20 March 2026, we delivered staging, sound and lighting across the live sites around All Saints Square and the Minster, including a lit stage for the evening programme and festoon around the Minster after dark. Eight days later we supplied the staging, sound and lighting for Roots Festival, the free street carnival with its procession from the Minster, in the same part of town.

Both jobs came out of the warehouse in Maltby and were crewed by our own team. If you are running something in the town centre, it is worth knowing we can be setting up on your doorstep in the morning and be gone by the evening.
